Ask MOOODs — the same thing
"I'm a shoe brand, give me a social strategy."
Your three closest competitors have moved 60% of their output to Reels in the last 30 days. Their top performer this fortnight — @competitorB, 12 Jul ↗ — opens on a face, not the product, and holds the shoe back until 0:04. It did 6.2x their normal engagement. Here's that structure, rewritten for your Chelsea boot.

The difference isn't that we use AI. Everyone uses AI. The difference is that ours went and looked.
01
That's it. We read it the way a strategist would — what you sell, who it's for, how you sound.
02
Real competitors, real posts, real numbers.
03
Everything in one frame — the reference, the reason, the script, the palette. Your editor can work from it without asking a single question.
why any of this matters
Picture one enormous room. In one corner a band is playing. In another, a footballer is documenting his career. A ballet dancer holds the middle. Someone is teaching bhangra. Someone else is teaching mathematics. There's a SaaS startup with a booth, and a networking event running in the back — all of them competing for the same attention you want. Now multiply that by a hundred thousand. That's the tip of it. So how do you stand out? Your story. Your reason for existing. Your why.
Marketing is letting people know you exist. Social media is just the medium. How you do that is context. Context comes from research. That's the whole job. That's MOOODs.
Competitor research is included on every tier, including Free. It's the product.

Most agencies start on Studio and move up when the client list does.
why we built this
Every client started the same way. Two weeks of scrolling competitors, screenshotting posts, arguing about whether a format was a trend or a fluke. The strategy was never the hard part. The looking was.
Then I'd hand over a 40-page deck nobody read. So I started making boards instead — one frame, the reference next to the reason next to the script. Those got used.
MOOODs is that process, minus the two weeks. It's one person and a lot of opinions about what makes a good board. If something on yours is wrong, tell me and I'll fix it.
